Process of Installation
Stage 1: Scaffolding
- The preferred level for scaffolding is approximately 900mm from the gutter.
- Provided by builder during new construction.
Stage 2: Cleaning
- Removal of debris from guttering and valleys.
- Checking of down-pipes to establish if there are any blockages.
- Total removal of debris by a petrol blower.
Stage 3: Lay the Mesh and Fit the Trim
- Secure the mesh and lay it across the gutter pulling it firm.
- The trims then secure the mesh to the gutter.
Laying Trims out
- The trim secures the mesh to the gutter by placing screws every 300mm. This ensures the mesh stays firm and in place.
- Each trim is aligned with a plastic coating to ensure a scratch-free surface during transport.
Stage 4: TIN - Installing Saddles
- Attach the colour-bond steel saddles on every second corrugation.
- This shapes the mesh to the curves in the roof preventing debris from entering the gutter
Stage 4: TILES - Tuck Mesh Under 2nd Row of Tiles
- A triangle is cut out of the mesh at every tile to allow for more flexibility.
- The mesh is then tucked under the second row of tiles stopping debris from entering and blocking the gutter.

Stage 5: Fixing into corners
- Cut around the hip and tie down with screws for a neat and inconspicuous finish
